- Direct responsibility for the digital advertising team’s website, email newsletter/SMS, blog and social media accounts, including sourcing articles from across the organisation, design, execution and amplification to drive open/click rates, views and reduced opt-outs.
- Conducted post-campaign analysis and created case studies for website, social media, clients and press releases on award-winning campaigns for Ubisoft and Gordon’s Gin & Tonic.
- Managed the execution of primary and campaign-specific research, to position O2 and mobile/data-driven advertising as a powerful force in the digital advertising industry.
- Managed a website rebrand project from strategy to execution, briefing website designers and writing new copy to increase traffic and dwell time.
